Q1. The event organizer and qualifications.
A: Hosted by Laos Bokeo Provincial Government, double Certification of the National Olympic Committee of Laos and the Laos National Athletics Association, organized by the Bokeo Provincial Special Economic Zone Management Office, and co -organized by the Golden Triangle Special Economic Zone Management Committee.

Q2. Event location and area location.
A: The event is held in the Golden Triangle Economic Special Zone of Tonpheung district, Bokeo Province, the northern part of Laos, which is across the Mekong from Chiang Saen District, Thailand and Tachilek.

Q3. The climate and the recent weather conditions of the event site.
A: The region belongs to the subtropical climate. Each year, at the end of June is in the early rainy season. There are many thunderstorms, and the average temperature is about 23℃-30℃. If you go out, please bring rain gear. Pay attention to the seasonal cold.

Q4. The timeline relates to the event.
A: Competition time: 26-June-2024 7:00 am ( Laos time)
  Registration deadline: 22-June-2024
  Athletes register time: 25-June-2024 ( all day)

Q6. The qualification requirements and registration fee of events.
A: Sign up only in Asian athletes. In order to prompt the development of international anti-drug causes, publicize the achievements of anti-drug and drug rejection, all participates are free for registering.
Note: Each person can only register for one project, which cannot be repeated, otherwise the qualification will be canceled.

Q7. The ways of athletes from various countries reach the venue of the event and transportation.
A: There are 3 routes to the competition.
  ①Take a plane → arrive at Vientiane Wattay International Airport → arrive at Bokeo International Airport → arrive at Golden Triangle Special Economic Zone
    Take a plane → arrive at Vientiane Wattay International Airport → (transfer to train) Vientiane Railway Station → Nateuy Railway Station → (transfer to bus) arrive at Golden Triangle Special Economic Zone
②Chinese athletes: Exiting from Mohan Port in xishuangbanna Prefecture, Yunnan Province → Boten Port, Laos( take travel agency unified minibus) → arrive at Golden Triangle Special Economic Zone
③Take a plane → Bangkok International Airport → Chiang Rai International Airport → Chiang Saen Port( Charter a car at the airport gate or take bus at Chiang Saen Bus Station) → arrive at the Laos Golden Triangle International Port by ship

Q8. Eating, housing and traveling problems of athletes in the Special Economic Zone.
Eating: ①There is a tree-meal buffet in a five-star hotel.
            ②There are various cuisines: Chinese cuisine, Laos cuisine, Thai cuisine, Japanese cuisine, Korean cuisine and etc.
            ③Local snacks: Xing guang night market, temporary stalls by the river.

Housing:  ①Five-star hotel: Kapok Star Hotel    
                                             600 yuan/day(including breakfast)
                                             800 yuan/day(including three meals)
                 ②Four-star hotel:Kapok Garden Hotel
                                             400 yuan/day(including breakfast)
                                             600 yuan/day(including three meals)
                                             Minfu Hotel  550 yuan/day(no meals)
                                             Taihe Hotel   460 yuan/day(no meals)
                ③Three-star hotel: Yinhai Hotel  400 yuan/day(no meals)
                               Caishen Hotel 340 yuan/day(including breakfast)
                ④Others: athletes can choose freely other hotels in Special Economic Zone and Tonpheung District.

Traveling: For the convenience of athletes, the organizing committee provides free pick-up service from Customs Building (check point) to hotels or reporting points. In addition, daily travel has a regular designated buses of 5 yuan/time and a taxi 30 yuan/trip.

Q9. Athletes reporting place.
A: Temporarily decide on the back door of Kapok Garden Hotel(the current restaurant)

Q10. The starting point and route of the competition.
A: The starting point is at Kapok Island No.1 Passenger Terminal Plaza in Special Economic Zone. The detailed route has been announced on the website, you can view it by yourself.
